Clothing items are carefully folded, tissue-wrapped, and placed in protective poly bags or branded packaging to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. All items are packaged with care and arrive gift-ready.

Part V — Returns and Refunds

13. Return Eligibility

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. All items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

14. Condition Requirements

To qualify for a return, clothing items must meet all of the following conditions:

• No signs of wear, makeup stains, deodorant marks, pet hair, or fragrance
• No alteration, tailoring, hemming, or damage beyond normal try-on
• All original tags, hang tags, brand labels, and price stickers intact

If your clothing item (XS–XL) does not fit as expected, you may exchange it for a different size within 30 days of delivery, subject to size availability.
